    • CPR for Adults, Children, and Infants: Step-by-step instruction and practice in performing high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) across all age groups, with a focus on chest compressions, rescue breaths, and the correct compression-to-ventilation ratio.
    • Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Use: Hands-on training in operating an AED, recognizing when to use it, and integrating it with CPR to maximize survival chances.
    • Airway Management: Techniques for opening the airway, including the head-tilt, chin-lift method, and using barrier devices to deliver rescue breaths.
    • Relief of Foreign Body Airway Obstruction: Procedures for recognizing and responding to choking in adults, children, and infants, including back blows, abdominal thrusts, and chest thrusts.
    • Team Dynamics and Communication: Best practices for effective communication and coordination during a multi-rescuer scenario to ensure efficient care delivery.
